Research

I have the skills and expertise in both psychophysical and psychosocial research. To date, I have published many scholarly articles in the International Journal of Social Sciences (1), International Journal of Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies (2) Universal Journal of Psychology (3, 4, 5), Asian Journal of Psychiatry (6), International Journal of Social, Human Science and Engineering (7, 8)Advances in Cognitive Psychology (9, 10), Japanese Journal of Psychonomic Science (11), Human and Socio-environment Studies (12), and Indian Journal of Psychological Issues (13). My research findings have been cited in a few Ph.D. dissertations (1) as well as in a number of scholarly articles published in world leading journals such as the International Journal of Psychophysiology (2), Human Brain Mapping (3), Frontiers in Psychology (4), PLOS ONE (5), Perception (6), Vision Research (7), Radiology (8), Journal of Retailing (9), Asian Journal of Psychiatry (10), Cognition and Emotion (11), Journal of Psychophysiology (12), Universal Journal of Psychology (13), Computers in Human Behavior (14), and Journal of Vision (15, 16). Because of my excellence in high quality interdisciplinary research I have been recently honored with a member position in the Editorial and Advisory Boards of the Universal Journal of Psychology (Visit), and the International Journal of Interdisciplinary and Multidisciplinary Studies ( IJIMS ; Visit) respectively. Currently, I am working on tactile object understanding and characterization in the blind and the sighted using cutting-edge brain imaging techniques such as fMRI and EEG.
